New training programmes

We have a range of new training programmes starting in January 2020, including leading through change; work smarter – not harder; positive culture and managing conflict; persuasive presentations; interpersonal communications skills; building individual resilience and more.  OSEA is also registered to accept NZ Trade and Enterprise Business Capability vouchers.

Discover how to assess your communication skills and learn tips and techniques for improving your communication skills.

Building individual resilience

Learn techniques to help you develop your individual thinking and emotional resilience, help control your unconscious reactions, become more understanding of pressures and how best to respond to them and to develop your own coping skills.
