The Lightning Decision Jam is a fast-paced decision-making process. This highly participatory workshop will take participants through the steps involved in the LDJ, using a pre-designed scenario.
The process of the LDJ aligns a group with clear actions required to progress and work towards the same vision. It is a way to get a group of people all on the same page, identify problems from all angles, generate solutions and create action points to test.
Participants will learn how to replace open, unstructured discussion with clear processes where structure creates the freedom needed to be creative.
The Lightning Decision Jam is a tool that any manager, supervisor or team leader can use which will assist in replacing unstructured discussions with an easy way to make faster decisions.
After successful completion of this workshop, it is expected participants will understand the Lightning Decision Jam process, be able to apply this back into their workplace and have the tools and techniques to be able to:

Viv is a motivated woman with a goal to make an impact in organisations and with individuals for the greater good of employees, users and organisations. Her background is wonderfully varied, having been born in England before immigrating with her family to Canada and then New Zealand. Viv's career began as a data entry operator, before she moved through the world of administration and specialising as an facilitator with a large health organisation. Viv lives with her husband on their Otago Peninsula 'life style' farm and grows garlic commercially. Viv is an enabler whose work is founded on design principles. Her aspiration is to help organisations and individuals to 'Get Unstuck' and empower themselves to make the changes needed.
